The Evergreen Social Terms and Conditions *

Acceptance & Payment: You will only be charged if your application is accepted. No Refunds or Transfers: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vending Space: Vendors must come with a 10x10 tent/easy-up. Vendors must provide their own materials (e.g., clothing racks, tables, shelves) and ensure they remain within their designated space. Spot Requests: Spot requests will not be allowed. The Evergreen Social will assign you with your spot number. Setup: Set up time starts 2 hours before the event start time. If you are not finished prepping your booth 15 minutes before start time, you will not be welcomed to vend again. The Evergreen Social staff will be available at entrances to assist with vendor placement and traffic flow. Breakdown: Vendors may begin breaking down after market close. Early breakdown is not allowed. If you breakdown early (unless due to emergency) you will not be allowed to vend again. The Evergreen Social Values: We value safety and inclusivity. Hate is never tolerated and will not be allowed. By participating, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. You acknowledge that vendor fees are non-refundable and consent to any event photos/videos being publicly shared. The Evergreen Social and The Evergreen Ithaca are not responsible for any liability, lost/stolen merchandise, or injuries during the event.
