Please fill out the form to apply to be a vendor at The Evergreen Social.

NEW FOR 2026- We are only accepting vendors selling VINTAGE/SECONDHAND & UPCYCLED GOODS

APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 21st 6pm

Acceptances will be sent out every Friday and the final acceptance will be sent out October 21st 8pm. Acceptances are sent out on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply early as spots are limited.

Vendors are required to bring their own materials (e.g. clothing racks, tables, shelves).

October-April markets will be held INSIDE.

PRICE

SINGLE BOOTH 10×10 $150

** DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT EVERY VENDOR. APPLYING DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE ACCEPTED TO VEND.**

If you are accepted, we will send you a secure link to pay. Payment must be made within 72 hours of acceptance.

Vendor fees are non-transferable to an alternate date, and non-refundable unless specified by event organizers. Vendor fees cover promotional materials, rentals, and other event expenses.
