Please fill out the form to apply to be a vendor at The Evergreen Social.

NEW FOR SUMMER- We are only accepting vendors selling SECONDHAND & UPCYCLED goods.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 17TH 6PM

Acceptances will be sent out every Friday and the final acceptance will be sent out June 17th by 8pm.

Vendors are required to bring their own materials (e.g., pop-up tents, clothing racks, tables, shelves).

In the event of rain- market will be moved indoors to Ithaca Beer’s production space.

PRICE

SINGLE BOOTH 10×10 $150

** DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT EVERY VENDOR. APPLYING DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE ACCEPTED TO VEND.**

If you are accepted, we will send you a secure link to pay. Payment must be made within 72 hours of acceptance.

Vendor fees are non-transferable to an alternate date, and non-refundable unless specified by event organizers. Vendor fees cover promotional materials, rentals, and other event expenses.
